Emma Mack - Founder and Owner
“A former professional dancer and graduate of the Urdang academy on a full scholarship, with a diploma in professional dance. With ballet being an integral part of any dancer’s life for core stability and technique, it directly connects to the principles of Pilates. Hence many Pilates disciplines from the creator of Pilates - Joseph Pilates - originate from professional dance backgrounds.
‘I found my love for Pilates many years ago whilst training at college. It formed part of our weekly timetable to help with core strength and injuries. Fast forward some years, my passion for Reformer Pilates has expanded into an obsession for this style of training. ‘

Mummies we want you too! If you have a little one in a pram or a car seat you are so welcome to come and join us and get that workout in. Unfortunately we cannot open this up to children of all ages due to safety but we want to accommodate our mummas as best we can!

Yes, absolutely! We think it’s lovely gift for someone that’s either addicted and would appreciate a block of classes OR to gift someone you want to make smile just 1 class.

We welcome all novices and rest assured you are in safe hands! We recommend you book a beginners class or a private 1-1, signature classes also accommodate all levels but if you are feeling particularly nervous the beginner class or private 1-1 is the best option.
