Reformer Bed Servicing for Studios

Reformer Bed Servicing

  • Our servicing package is designed to give your beds a full refresh, helping them feel smoother, safer and more reliable for both instructors and clients.

    Each service includes replacement of:

    • Springs

    • Wheels

    • Ropes

    • Loops

We will also carry out a full refresh of the bed, making sure each reformer is performing as it should and ready for the demands of a busy studio environment.

  • We can also replace the leather upholstery on your beds if needed, available at an additional cost.

Why servicing matters

If your reformer beds are more than 12 months old (and out of warranty), they should really be serviced to ensure they continue to deliver the very best experience in your studio.

Over time, regular use naturally wears down key components. Springs lose consistency, wheels become less smooth, and ropes and loops begin to show signs of fatigue. A properly serviced bed not only feels better to use, but also helps protect your clients’ experience and supports the long-term lifespan of your equipment.

For studio owners, it is a simple way to maintain standards, improve class quality and show clients that every detail of their experience matters.

Regular servicing of your reformer beds at just £199 per unit is a smart investment when compared to the cost of replacing a bed at approximately £3,000+ each. Preventative maintenance helps extend the lifespan of your equipment, keeps beds operating safely and smoothly, and reduces the risk of costly downtime or unexpected repairs that can disrupt classes and revenue. In simple terms, a modest annual servicing cost protects a far larger capital investment already sitting in your studio. It also means more money stays in your business today, allowing you to prioritise growth, marketing, instructors, or additional locations rather than unnecessary replacement costs. Well-maintained equipment lasts longer, performs better, and delivers a stronger experience for your members.

the importance of being qualified

Qualification v’s Certification – Why It Matters

choose a course that offers you a
full qualification

  • Structured syllabus mapped to industry standards

  • Formal assessments and teaching practice

  • Recognised credentials

  • Eligibility for professional insurance

  • Broader employability across studios

certification only courses are often very limited

  • Attendance-based training

  • Limited assessment

  • Studio-specific methods

  • Often not recognised outside that brand or studio

ensure you spend your time and money on recognised teaching qualifications

In recent years, the Pilates industry has seen a rise in studio-led and brand-led training programmes. While many of these offer certification, they do not provide a recognised teaching qualification.
