For the course, we ask attendees to have some experience with group exercise, reformer pilates or mat pilates. We ask attendees to confirm that they have attended at least 20 reformer or mat pilates classes.

The online training is provided to help you come to the in-person training prepared to get the most out of it. There are free classes to attend and observe.
The anatomy and physiology components are currently facilitated by drummond and if you have not done this as part of another fitness or physiotherapy course, this is a chunky section of learning.
The online platform will also help drive you to an submit your assessment to gain your qualification.

Everyone learns at different speeds, but around 30 hours for each course.

At the end of the in person training and subject to completion of critical sections.
Each student will submit a video of a 1 hour class to a minimum of 5 attendees. This can be done up to 3 months after the training sessions, providing you plenty of time to practice before submitting.
LARS submission detailing the planning of your class and other questions to answer around your approach.
Successful attendance of the 4 days for each course.
