Flow Pilates Studio - Kent is conveniently located in the Medway Town of Chatham, with easy access from the A229. As the first dynamic Pilates studio of its kind in Medway, we proudly offer affordable Mat and Reformer Pilates classes.

We always keep a stock of bottled water available for members on request. We do not have a water filter due to health and safety concerns around water spillages. We do encourage you to bring your own bottle with you.

There is free parking available directly outside of the studio, as well as in the surrounding residential roads. Bicycles can be left safely behind the back entrance of the studio.

Please contact us so we can assist you further and direct you to the right instructor with experience and knowledge in rehabilitation. Pilates is generally safe to continue with the correct modifications, which we can guide you through.

At Flow Pilates, we have toilets and changing rooms available for all customers.

Absolutely! We offer our foundations flow sessions which are designed purely for beginners. Pilates is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners. We offer Our instructors are experienced in providing modifications and adjustments to cater to each participant's abilities and ensure a safe and effective workout.

Not at all. Our amazing Pilates instructors will help you learn the basics of the Reformer beds and guide you through the classes step by step. We recommend 8 beginner classes before progressing to our open level classes. However, if you have high fitness and coordination, you may be able to progress sooner. Please speak to our Pilates teachers in class if you have any questions.

We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting workout attire that allows for freedom of movement. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety on the equipment, and you may also want to bring water and a towel for added comfort during the session.
