Sculpt 26 uses reformer machines to teach the basic principles of Pilates. The benefits of using specialist equipment is that it helps for a more dynamic and targeted workout as it adds resistance. The reformer machines offers many options and exercises that mat Pilates cannot.

Reformer Pilates helps develop core strength, strengthens muscles, builds power, flexibility, posture and balance.

Reformers Pilates has shown to be helpful in chronic conditions such as: arthritis, back pain, hip pain, neck pain, knee pain, fibromyalgia, menopause and more.

Also beneficial for Pre and Post-natal Mums. Our instructors are qualified to adapt the exercise to provide a safe workout.

Our instructors are highly qualified in teaching reformer Pilates. They alter the exercises based on your fitness level and help you achieve the most out of your workout.
You can easily book a class through our website or by contacting us directly.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing and grip socks. We provide all necessary equipment, but feel free to bring a water bottle.
