This allows us to give you the hands-on support and individual attention you deserve, helping you feel truly supported on your wellness journey. All classes are designed to be between 8-12 people.

Studio220 is a wellness studio is the brainchild of people who love wellness and wanted to create a space for other to explore their own wellness through Pilates and other movements.
We believe in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone, where you can find strength, connection, and a little mystery.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to reformer pilates, yoga, breath work or any of our practises, Studio220 is here for you. Join us as we embark on a journey to build a community around accessible and empowering wellness.

Yes, absolutely! We think it’s lovely gift for someone that’s either addicted and would appreciate a block of classes OR to gift someone you want to make smile just 1 class.

We welcome all novices and rest assured you are in safe hands! We recommend you book a beginners class or a private 1-1, signature classes also accommodate all levels but if you are feeling particularly nervous the beginner class or private 1-1 is the best option.
