We currently deliver our Studio Bundles exclusively within the UK (international shipping coming soon!). Designed to offer a seamless and professional experience, our delivery service ensures your Reformer Pilates beds arrive in perfect condition and are ready for immediate use.

• Professional Two-Person Delivery Team: Each Studio Bundle will be delivered by our expert two-person delivery team, trained to handle premium equipment with the utmost care.

• Full Setup Service: Our team will assemble and set up each Reformer bed in your chosen studio layout, ensuring optimal placement for both safety and functionality.

• Packaging Removal: All packaging materials will be removed and responsibly disposed of, leaving your studio clean and ready for clients.

• Delivery Costs: Delivery fees start from £99 per bed, with costs adjusted based on your studio’s distance from our warehouse. The final delivery cost will be displayed clearly at checkout.

• Delivery Timeframe: Delivery timelines will vary based on your order size and specifications. Estimated delivery dates will be confirmed during checkout, and our team will keep you informed every step of the way.

Returns Policy:

We’re committed to delivering the highest quality equipment for your studio. However, as each Studio Bundle is customised to your specific requirements, custom orders are non-returnable.

• Return Period (Non-Custom Orders Only): For standard (non-customised) orders, you may return your Reformer beds within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
